Red Grenache is the grape which characterises the cultivation of Pago de Don Blasco through its history. With our wine Domblasco, we want to maintain the tradition of the region.
Our Domblasco wine is a monovarietal Grenache whose elaboration does not use oak barrels, following the tradition of our area in the process of winemaking. With this, we try to bring the primary aromas of the grape to the fore, keeping those of the fruit.
Being porous deposits, the maturation in clay jars for at least 1 year, means that Domblasco is not a young wine but rather it is a wine aged without the nuances of oak.
It is a powerful wine in the mouth, with an enormous texture and varietal relief, evoking sensations of fleshy and sweet fruit with a mineral background.
